Cross Arrow was founded by former United States Military Special Operations Combat Veterans. The unique skills, abilities, and experiences possessed by Cross Arrow instructors are the result of years of military leadership training and employment, arduous physically and mentally demanding professional development courses, small isolated teams conducting global combat operations in extremely austere environments, diverse cultural and multi-national embedment, advising global leaders on practical force employment, and a disciplined approach to decision making. These honorable men and women, bring tried and true perspectives to military style leadership and employee management, to enhance groups of individuals from diverse, unrelated backgrounds into cohesive, unified, propose driven leaders and teams. Cross Arrow is committed to providing a seamless transition platform for returning Combat Veterans into the corporate world. The ability to share experiences between Healthcare Providers and Veterans is a real approach to reset the narrative, enhance the experience, and change the culture of both industries.
