Caring People Touching Lives (CPTL) Healthcare Management was founded on the principles of human dignity and compassion.  The healthcare system is fraught with gaps and shortcomings in the transition from one level of care to another.  CPTL connects the dots and facilitates the seamless movement of patients through the continuum.
